You know how some times you dread going to the dentist's office? Well, I've been going to Glen Lake Family Dentistry since the late 80's and I don't have that feeling. As soon as you walk in to the dental office, you can feel the warm welcome. The day of my appointment, Kim was at the front desk. She is so friendly and personable and remembers things you talked about at the last visit, whether is was the previous week or the last six months. Next I saw Zephie, the dental hygienist. MY FIRST VISIT AFTER MY PREVIOUS DENTIST RETIRED, HE RECOMMENDED GREG OLSON AND I'M VERY HAPPY THAT HE DID. BOTH HE AND HIS ASSISTANT WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM HIGHLY.

Over the weekend,i dislodged a crown while flossing. Although there was an opportunity to contact Dr. Lane on call for emergencies, I was having no pain or problems. I left a message for call back Monday morning. Monday morning was called at 8:05 a.m. and offered 2 same day appointments (8:30 and 10:00 a.m.) with my long time dentist Dr. Olson.
