I had a disappointing experience at this clinic. The receptionist was quite rude when I called to ask about my concerns. She initially booked an appointment for me with Dr. Sarah Hanif but then told me that I had to be a patient at the clinic in order to speak with her. When I called again for clarification, she said her co-worker had made a mistake. Dr. Hanif prescribed some tests, which I completed promptly. Dr Sarah is an amazing doctor with excellent bedside manners. The way she also handles kids is excellent. I am so grateful to have her as our family physician.
I was at Glen Hill medical for an ear issue. The receptionist were very friendly and the wait time was quite short. The ear issue was not an infection but a tmj jaw problem. The doctor was excellent and provided information to lessen the effect and reduce the soreness.
