Never take your children here !!!!!!!!I took my son in to have a possible splinter removed from his hand that was in deep and partially healed over , I was seen by what I know to be the only male doctor in there and instead of suggesting we go to emerg and have a professional look at it he began digging into the wound with a large syringe to the point my son passed out into my arms from the pain because this doctor refused to freeze the area and then put a small bandage over it and told us he didn't have to fill out any form... read more
Monday was my first visit to the clinic and the receptionist was really welcoming and super informative. It was a 10min wait to see a doctor. During this time I could hear the receptionists and other staff members answering calls and chatting with other walk in patients all in a friendly and super professional manner. Great first impression
It's definitely one of the best clinics in the area. The receptionists are extremely friendly. I went there as a walk-in patient on a Tuesday afternoon, and there's hardly any wait. The female doctor I had was really kind and understanding. Would definitely go back again.
This clinic should have a 5 star, hands down! I dont usually spend time on writing reviews, being a busy Mom, but their wonderful made me do it!! I've been here multiple times, for myself, my husband and our child. The receptionists are so polite and empathetic. Especially Jen. She is always smiling and friendly. And the doctors are amazing. They take time to care for you, listen to you. At the same time, the wait time is simply miraculous!!! We have always been seen within 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend this walki... read more
This is a much, much better walk-in clinic than when it was part of The Doctor's Office organization. Everyone is much more friendly and welcoming. I hope they are able to bring more family doctors on board as I have not had a family doctor since Dr. Naassan retired from family practice at The Doctor's Office more than 5 years ago.
