UPDATE --- March 2 Called maint tech for a night fix on Feb 10th. HVAC was making a horrible sound. Got here and it didn't make a peep until he was about ready to leave. One of the fans has a bad bushing and it is just vibrating against the housing. So, I can understand not having any bushings handy so he tells me that this is a temporary fix and he will let me know tomorrow when they will fix it right. Lately they have made a few improvements with maintenance. I wish they could replace the other treadmill, there's only one working..., One thing I can't stand is resident who don't pick after there pets,and it's majority of pet owners, I leave right behind the leasing office and see them all the time.
They are very nice and clean, comfortable, with a lot of storage room
