The office manager is rude and unprofessional. Telephone waits are unreasonable at this practice. ….can’t get a message to the doc!
Good doctor, but extremely rude office manager, bordering on the obnoxious, who said her name is Maryann. She runs that office like it is her personal rodeo, with no consideration for the patients. You have to feel sorry for someone like that who works for such a nice practice. But she gets away with it.
Outstanding doctor! Dr. Weiss is thorough in his patient care. When you are his patient, you can be completely confident that you are getting THE best care available. He is extremely knowledgable, addresses questions and concerns and is kind and personable.
I only have a complaint about his office accounting system.. I was sent a bill with a statement date 5 days after I paid my outstanding balance as I was leaving his office after a checkup.... Never pay a bill at his office.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Glen Weiss for more that 15 years. We were referred to Dr. Weiss by our retiring ophthalmologist when my husband needed cataract surgery. Our previous doctor remarked that if he. himself, needed surgery, he would choose Dr. Weiss to do the procedure. Since then Both my husband and I have had cataract surgery and have been monitored consistently for other eye conditions. We find Dr. Weiss to be a skilled and caring physician and surgeon.
