I wanted to share my experience living in this apartment complex for about a year to provide an honest perspective. One positive aspect is that the interior of the apartment looks nice and includes a walk-in closet, which is very convenient. The maintenance staff is also kind and tries to be helpful whenever they are able to assist. However, there are several challenges that make living here difficult. No es un buen lugar para vivir estan demasiado deteriorados según arreglan los daños pero el problema sigue y los manager los cambian a cada rato y la que está ahorita es demasiado déspota y altanera te hace sentir que los mas de $2200 que paga uno por el apartamento es muy poco que si quieres vivir sin problemas en el apartamento tebusques unos recién remodelados por que estos estan demasiado viejos no los recomiendo para nada
I have been living here since 2007 the office staff have been super nice and helpful especially Mitsu. Also the maintenance Juan Carlos and Carlos have been extremely helpful. I recommend people to visit this place and try living here.
Starting this off with: I have lived here for 3 years now. I love my apartment. The neighbors are quiet, I appreciate the smaller clusters/squares, and having a garage is super nice. The main complaint: rent is increased every 6 months, as opposed to annually. Which is insane. I know they are "legally" allowed to increase bi-annually, but it is a very greedy practice with no real validity since the increases are never accompanied by improvements to the actual apartments.
