I just moved in couple weeks ago had a maintenance requests and there team fixed my issue right away super great ! Monique also was very helpful in the office very good communication with the tenants.
I’ve had a really great experience with Velvet at Glen Forest. Shes always been professional, most responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. Most of my neighbors could agree that whenever a concern comes up, we all call Velvet.
