Starting this off with: I have lived here for 3 years now. I love my apartment. The neighbors are quiet, I appreciate the smaller clusters/squares, and having a garage is super nice. The main complaint: rent is increased every 6 months, as opposed to annually. Which is insane. I know they are "legally" allowed to increase bi-annually, but it is a very greedy practice with no real validity since the increases are never accompanied by improvements to the actual apartments. The office people are really rude specially the manager the only good people are the maintenance people
Mismanaged. Laundry rooms are filthy, washers and dryers are not cleaned, out of service for months. Entrance gate is out of service for months. Unsecured. Reported all these claims to the office for several times, no action taken.
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! Laundromats are always dirty and not working. Pool is always close Barbecue grill is never clean They thanks 2 weeks to fix a leak in your apartment Maintenance is very sloppy People in the office look down on you
