This building is manage by sussex realty. I am writing this for my mother as her english is very poor. I visit her at 267 st annes road 2 or 3 times a week so I see all this. This company like to totally take advantage of renters as 95% of the renter here are the new canadian. What bella dior say is 100% true-ants. Millions of them crawling in the kitchen food. 1 word- ants. Infested with ants, first floor to third. Exterminators said theres no getting rid of them either because there are millions.
One of the best apartment in the city in terms of rent and other facilities.
