I don’t rent here, but I was dropping off groceries to someone who lived here and the manager came to my car asking if he could help me. I stated was dropping off someone’s groceries and continued to argue with me about a parking spot I wasn’t even staying in!! Come to find out it’s his “mommy’s” parking spot! Again, I was there for 3-4 mins dropping off a grocery order. I would hate to live there under him if he’s arguing with someone who isn’t even staying there for 3 minutes 😒
The management is very dishonest and not very nice they lied to me when I ask if they have mice or roaches ended up having both in my unit

We are a family owned business. On premises daily. We do our best to interact and help tenants with problems. If a problem is pointed out to us we take care of it right away. We take care of premises and have a good standing with the city of Lakewood. Bad reviews are due to evictions.
The landlord is rude and very dishonest the apartment I rented for $775 a month was infested with mice and roaches.
