He is an outstanding cardiologist who took the time to carefully review my entire medical history and explain everything in a clear and reassuring way. Nothing against Dr Nathoo, the doctor who referred me to this clinic following a hospital stay post partum, nor the nursing staff, who are fantastic. However, the administrative staff clearly had a lot to be desired. 5 months to get a follow up appointment (my follow up was supposed to be in March, we are now mid-end July) with different excuses to the delay everytime I call, and once I get an appointment with a specialist, that specific doctor “forgot she had clinic and wasn’t coming in”, this after the receptionist told me... read more
