This is the worst clinic I have ever experienced. Literally NOTHING is patient oriented. Between 8 and 8:30 the answering machine is still on and you can't leave a voicemail and after 8:30 you end up on hold for more than an hour probably because of the lack of voicemail which probably wouldn't happen if it were possible to leave a voicemail. Also can't leave a voicemail after they close which no doubt adds to the time people are on hold. Can't contact them by email it's only for them to send appointment confirmation emails.... read more
I was transferred to Dr. Nader Toban - Rheumatology after an emergency stay due to a number of worrying symptoms. We had a first meeting and did some tests, which came back negative. At our follow-up, I shared new symptoms, but he didn’t seem to listen and simply told me it was an allergic reaction to medication. I’m currently unable to work for 3 months because of these ongoing symptoms, and I truly believe more could have been done—more tests, more attention. Ça fait deux fois que je reçois une requête vide la secrétaire du dr garfield mets ça sur son dos ,et je lui ai demandé qui envoie les requêtes elle a dis nous donc j’ai dit l’équipe et elle a été arrogante et m’as raccroché la ligne au nez en parlant par dessus moi en disant que cetais la faute du doc !!! J’ai dit que c’est un travail d’équipe mais quel froideur
