Very difficult to get through to talk to someone. Very long wait regardless whether you call or go in person. And even when you have an appointment, the wait is well over an hour. Staff don't call you back when you have an appointment due in 8 months. You better write down to check in with them, because if you count of them to get back to you, you would be screwed. The whole system has lots of room for improvement....

This is the worst clinic I have ever experienced. Literally NOTHING is patient oriented. Between 8 and 8:30 the answering machine is still on and you can't leave a voicemail and after 8:30 you end up on hold for more than an hour probably because of the lack of voicemail which probably wouldn't happen if it were possible to leave a voicemail. Also can't leave a voicemail after they close which no doubt adds to the time people are on hold. Can't contact them by email it's only for them to send appointment confirmation emails.... read more
I was transferred to Dr. Nader Toban - Rheumatology after an emergency stay due to a number of worrying symptoms. We had a first meeting and did some tests, which came back negative. At our follow-up, I shared new symptoms, but he didn’t seem to listen and simply told me it was an allergic reaction to medication. I’m currently unable to work for 3 months because of these ongoing symptoms, and I truly believe more could have been done—more tests, more attention.
