Worst experience of my life. Took 4 months for a oil change, my other bike sat in the shop for almost 7 months they put the wrong parts on it and now it doesn't run. stay away from at all costs
RecommendedThey took care of my son's quad new chain and adjusted the carbs. My friend Jeff put a lot of work into the quad with a tune up. He was not able to adjust the carbs.
I have never had a bad experience or a bad thing to say about Glen Burnie Motorsports. Today was different. The service department has always been fair and I've even received discounts on some items but today was a little different. I have always had my motorcycle serviced there even though I purchased it at another dealership. My bike had a slow oil leak due to issues with the washer. I believe that fault lies with the mechanic who last serviced my bike last at Glen Bernie Motorsports. That was not taken into consideration ... read more

Hi Gina, I forwarded your review to our Service Manager. It seems that there is some confusion about where your last oil change service was performed prior to bringing your motorcycle to us to repair the slow oil leak. Aside from brakes (4/2019), rear tire (4/2019), front tire (7/2019), and diagnostic (IAC valve, 9/2019) your bike was last serviced for routine maintenance/oil change by Glen Burnie Motorsports in April 2018. The worst place to order anything from . Been waiting an still waiting a on a visor for my helmet for 3 to 4 months. Every time I call I’m told it’s coming it on a back list we will be in contact. But nothing has changed
Everyone there is friendly, extremely helpful and always take care of me.
