Worst place I have ever been too. Got greeted by an ignorant tech who didn't even bother to say hello simply asked "what's your pets name" I didn't hear her so she rolled her eyes. Then to the dirty waiting room where we sat. Only for another tech to come out and whisper "so what are they like" except for I heard her. Then to the exam room which has straw all over it along with other filth. Wouldn't spend another penny here. I have taken 3 pets (2 dogs and a cat) there over the past 20 years. They are very kind and gentle with the animals. They are always cheerful when you call or visit. They are also patient and sympathetic when the pets are hurt or sick.
I've been bringing my dogs here for over 10 years and have always received excellent care from incredibly compassionate and caring staff. Even when our dogs died, they expressed so much sympathy and compassion and handled the arrangements for us. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could.
Today was Buddy my cat's first visit with Dr. Shah. He and his staff are excellent !Professional and welcoming. Very clean waiting areas and exam rooms. It's quite apparent that everyone there loves animals. More than pleased with the total experience. Buddy thanks you. I thank you.
The people who work here actually care about your pet and do their best to treat them when they are sick. I used to take my dog to Banfield and they didn't care about my dog at all. This place is much better.
Lucy and Lily are in good hands here. Great animal care.
