We fell in love with the entire staff the first time we brought our adopted puppy in. Dr Shah is great. My puppy Tucker absolutely fell in love with Dr Sherping. Great place, highly recommend, and Tucker says 5 plus many more stars!
This is a photo of my Picasso and Finnegan after their morning playtime. Picasso was neutered yesterday and Finnegan had his first vet visit.
Our 8 y/o Westie was seen Dr. Suzanne Scherping for dental exam and extraction. The staff were great and informative. Dr. Scherping did an excellent job and was very thorough. She made sure I understand the situation and gave me options for the care of my dog. Thank you!!!
I take my cats and dogs here and would never take them anywhere else.Dr Shah takes such good care of my Animals . DR Shah and staff are always friendly and accomdate any needs for my animals. If take it takes a little long back to be seen it is because Dr Shah doesn't rush thru his appt. He cares about the animals and makes sure he gives you all the info that is needed to help your animal.What I love most about Dr Shah is his honesty and his compassion for the Animals..
Unprofessional office staff. Never returns calls and always seems scattered. Dr. Shah talks down to you and only gives as much information as he thinks is necessary at any given time, which means multiple appointments and surprise things that suddenly could be “wrong” with your animal and guess what, that test(s) will cost you a pretty penny. Procedures are pricey. A neuter was quoted at over $450.00. General poor communication between clients, doctors, and office staff. I will not be returning.
Very professional and dedicated folks. I had to have one of my dying chickens put down and the support they gave was above and beyond. It would be an understatement to say they were compassionate.
