great apartments – not sure what it was like before but I move in April 2010 and so far it has been great.. maintenance comes right away when you call... the staff is willing to work with you... the deal for leasing are great.. there is no noise.... my neighbors are great... the pools are warm....
BUGS, SILVERFISH and HIDDEN MOLD - I AM SUFFERING AND ITHCING SILVERFISH IN THE BEDROOMS, PAINTED COUNTER TOPS AND TUBS (so they peel after move-in) and Blinds that dont work properly. I am itching day and night....went to an environmental specialist...had the 50 pricks and injections to rule out a specific allergy...NOthing but Phoma, a water based MOLD, people! Great Condo/Apartments - they have improved – I moved in 09/01/2010, so this is a more recent post. I assume they have cleaned up their act......so far so good. No noise problems, no major bug problems, no mold or signs of mold.... I moved in and didnt expect new carpet and newer appliances...for the special price at the time.... looks nice from the outside but we were fooled – I've lived in here for about six months and can't wait to leave. The show model is nice with new carpets, appliances and very clean. The actual apartment you get has dirty carpets and very old appliances that break constantly and are not energy efficent. It takes a long time to get maintance to come because they are so busy since a lot of apt. have problems. The Moorings At Mesa Cove is OK We only moved to this complex because they allowed us to have our 2 large breed dogs living there too. We loved the actual apartment, but they were not high quality. The manager and staff were ok, but not quick to fix anything. I would probably move there again, but only if I couldn't find anywhere else that would take my dogs.
Very rude managment and slow to repair – I have lived here 2 years now and there is lots of room but things break all the time. We had a pipe break between the top apartment and mine which caused the wall start to sink in. They had to cut half my livingroom wall out and my carpet was soaked. Instead of repacing the carpet they left a huge loud blower for 4-5 days and expected me to leave it running. I have a 1 year old. nice apartment, rude managment and loud neighbors – I've lived here for 1.5 yrs. I love my apt. Fireplace, 2 full bathrooms, balconies, and they except all dogs. What I don't like is..... old carpet, old dishwasher-won't replace it, no broom closet-still haven't figured out where to put my vacuum, slow to fix amnities-took 6 months to fix the laudry mat & a full year to get the jacuzzis working-which was the reason I picked this place - they have four - should have checked them before I moved in. The moorings at mesa Cove apt's are rude, NO SLEEP from them – This apt has to be one of the worst apt's ever My upstairs ppl write DIE on my car and the mangers wont do anything about it. everytime i go out somewhere they always make noice like they are going to shoot me and my family. They key my car! and yet they still wont do anything about them. On time of that they are users and they have like 7 ppl living in a 2 bedroom.
