$2998.00 is what I pay for rent. That's what we have. What do they say? We have to wait for the heater purchase order to be approved. After that, we place the purchase order and wait for it to arrive to install. We've been taking cold showers for four days, and water leaks through the kitchen ceiling, damaging it.

Terrible maintenance. It's been a month since I moved in. My apartment was full of problems that they knew about. Since then, I've been asking them to fix it and they've been promising replacements and maintenance that hasn't been done. I moved into this apartment two months ago, and unfortunately, my experience has been extremely disappointing. Unfortunately, I have had a big problem with the cleaning and structural conditions of my rent apartment and also with my move in day. However, after a year living here, I would say that the maintenance and office staffs are trying to do the best as they can to maintain and keep a good structure in the common areas. I hope we can taking care of the condo as a community.
