My whole experience can be summarized the most nasty place I have ever lived; bugs, bugs, bugs and cockroach infestations everywhere. First the cockroach infestation started in the Kitchen then moved to the living room and bathroom. It is so nasty I stopped cooking in my kitchen. When I reported it to the Management, I was informed that the exterminator comes the 3rd week of every Saturday from 8Am to 2:30PM and told to wait in my apartment. Now the newest from Glen Arms, aka Juan and Joe at the central office, is one month free and reduced rate. The free rent is the last month of the lease and should you be insane enough to renew, the renewal cost is based on the monthly fee. Because this building accepts Section 8, low cost housing paid by the feds, the rate increase is regulated and was 4%. Some residents pay \$75 per month while others pay \$1,100 for the same size apt. The free one months rent is, of course, to get the apts. rented which at first glance can... read more

Recently saw apartment here. Nice apt for a good price (recently reduced) they say a 2bd goes for up to \$3K.1500-1600 is more reseonable.As for bugs I didnt see any yet. if there are any I assume on the first floor mostly.My cats will kill them all if any. Management anywhere is lacking from my experience in apt buildings. More helpful if you speak some spanish or know who to see and what to say :) I will update this in a month or so

Dont live here if you can avoid it. Its infested with bugs, management is terrible, there was no heat all winter, and there were nothing but continuous problems the entire agonizing year I lived there. No one should be subject to such terrible living conditions, especially not for the price they charge!
