Avoid this place! Upon moving out, they charged my friend for damages contractors inflicted during a renovation project of balconies that Grosvenor ,aka Glen Arbor, started. They put the tenants through a year of madness during COVID-19 lockdowns for this cosmetic project. The tenants' belongings get constantly stolen. Grosvenor received PPP loans that was meant for small businesses. Easy to see. Google search PPP loan Grosvenor properties. AVOID this place.
