Upon our request the company sent a technician out by the name of Beau. to do our annual maintenance check on our AC/HVAC unit. It is an old unit and the technician pulled things apart from our HVAC, Put things back incorrectly which can potentially damage our system. Went to the attic and pretended to be working up there. Called 3/2 for air conditioner not cooling.Tech couldn't find anything wrong.Last night it wasn't cooling.Called @ 8:30 today & George was here @ 2pm.Found the problem & no service charge. Have been using them for years & recommend them to my neighbors. This company is Great!!!!
