Had scheduled repairs. Called at 4:50 twice the night before to confirm the handyman was coming, and got no response twice. Was scheduled for between 7:30-9:30 am, when nobody had come by 9:45 I called, and again received the answering machine. Guy finally came at a 11:00 am, and was unprepared and said he needed to go Home Depot, and came back 45 minutes later. Got halfway through the job and he said he was having a bad day and did not feel like finishing, so he just left. Embarrassingly unprofessional. If you can get any o... read more
Absolutely horrible service. Handyman failed to show up twice on the scheduled time/date. The work he did when he finally did show up didn't last two weeks!!! Absolutely do NOT use this service!

Would give negative stars if possible. Provided fixed fee estimate, have estimate and email confirmation. Person left the company who came to my property. Another person did work...then when done said was hourly work. 3x more than estimate and didn't even finish all work. Refuse to accept representation of their employee and honor written fixed price estimate. Now threatening to sue me. Also not a legal business in Virginia. Buyer beware
