I am absolutely furious right now. I just moved to the area and needed to establish care with a new primary doctor in order to get my prescription refilled. I went onto the UPMC website and determined that I would try to get established with Dr. Gregory Walker. Excellent PCP doctors office. Scheduled my first appointment online, and it was cancelled because Dr. Gleeson only takes new patient appointments at certain times, no problem. Quickly rescheduled. Subsequent appointments show that the office staff is very friendly, professional, and caring. Dr. Gleason spent a lot more time with me than other PCP doctors, just talking back and forth. He is very attentive, and responsive, answers questions with empathy and kindness. Thanks!!
TERRIBLE OFFICE STAFF! UNPROFESSIONAL! This place is a joke! Scheduled an appt online and they called days later to cancel it. I called back and spoke to someone THE SAME DAY and let her know my husband really needed an appt and was out of medicine . She said she understood and scheduled me almost two weeks later for an early appt. She let me know that was the soonest and only appt left that day. I gladly took it.
