Called for an estimate, owner came next day, went over details of project, owner says will email estimate tonight w/appropriate insurance documents; nothing. Nothing received next day, so called office and left a message; nothing; called next day and got someone in office who says "oh, cannot do an estimate for another month or two" -- ???? Why did the owner show up at our home then to "provide" an estimate??? Something not right here. Unprofessional, at a minimum!
Gleaming the view was able to come out with only a few days notice in early December to hang Christmas lights on our second story roof. Tim and company did a professional job, and they custom fit the lights to our roof line. The entire job was done quickly and for the price they quoted me via email. I'll be having them back for the lights every year, and to clean the windows too.
I have maybe a million windows. Eric cleaned them all even coming back 3 times to get it all done because of good ol' Portland rain. (Couldn't do storm windows when raining.) Great job, would use them again for sure.
Work as quoted. Did a thorough job and double checked with homeowner to make sure completed as quoted.
Was given Gleaming the View's name from someone and could not be happier with their work. They came out and left a quote the day after I called. We needed the work done by a certain date and they were able to accommodate. When they came out to do the work, they were totally on time and very nice. They worked efficiently and effectively and made our dirty windows sparkle. Gleaming the View has been sooo good to my family! They have washed my windows early spring as well as just a week ago hung Christmas lights! I was able to buy the lights through the company and they were custom fit. My house is definitely the BEST house on the block! <insert gleam here :> Highly recommend this company. Great customer service as well as ease for appointment!
They came by to give us a quote just a day after I called about getting some windows and a glass table cleaned. They were able to schedule a time the following week and arrived on-time. Fast, friendly, efficient. Will use again.
