I had a very bad experience at this location. The forklift operator who unloaded my truck was extremely rude and unprofessional. He didn’t listen at all and had a very disrespectful attitude. I arrived early in the morning at 6:00 AM and provided my paperwork right away. Despite that, he claimed I was 30 minutes late, which made no sense because the facility opens at 6:00 AM. Appointment time only, they open at 6:00 am. If ur appointment is at 10 or 11 don’t even bother to check earlier.
I have never experienced such blatant discrimination and unprofessionalism in my life. It was clear from the moment I arrived that there is a heavy bias at this location. If you don't fit a certain skin color profile, expect to be treated with total contempt and condescension. I was at the gate at 6:00 AM. The staff intentionally gave me the wrong door and then locked it so I couldn't move to the correct area for unloading. I was ignored and treated like a second-class citizen until 2:00 PM. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional operation. I had an 8:00 AM appointment and checked in at 7:50 AM. Despite being on time, I was left sitting until 12:00 PM just to get a dock, and wasn’t empty until 2:00 PM. Because of Glazer’s extreme delays and poor dock management, I missed my 2:00 PM pickup appointment in Fort Smith, AR.
