Completely unacceptable and unprofessional operation. I had an 8:00 AM appointment and checked in at 7:50 AM. Despite being on time, I was left sitting until 12:00 PM just to get a dock, and wasn’t empty until 2:00 PM. Because of Glazer’s extreme delays and poor dock management, I missed my 2:00 PM pickup appointment in Fort Smith, AR. That’s lost time, lost productivity, and real financial impact — all because this facility cannot manage appointments. Drivers are not disposable. El personal, es muy peresozo , no trabajan, solo conversan y rien...no hay nadie quien dirija alli, el lugar muy desordenado....
Two stars because you can park on the street. Very slow unloading 90% of the time. Bring breakfast and lunch and plenty of cigarettes and coffee ☕ because you'll be here for a while.
