Wouldn’t recommend this place to my worse enemy. Owner is extremely rude and racist. The pottery was broken and never refunded me. 0 out of 5 stars.

This can’t be true. I almost never have broken pottery and if I do- I always refund. And certainly I am not racist- I have dated several men of color.
This business has been around since I was a kid, I’ve had my birthday parties there before when it was at the downtown Roanoke location! Great place to have fun, rewind, and enjoy the simplicity and creative side of life ❤️

We’ve gone to Glazed Bisque-It every year for the last 10 years to make a tile for our anniversary, and we have never had a bad experience. Pam is super friendly and personable, and is super helpful with her knowledge of all the things!
Ms. Pam was AMAZING with my 3 nephews ages 6, 6 and 3. She did a wonderful job explaining the process and showed them exactly what to do. We made a keepsake for their Mommy and GIGI with their hand prints and she was so patient and kind with them. We will be back! I highly recommend this for all ages. Thanks Ms. Pam!!
