I recently heard about an incident involving a close friend's son's special needs class. If the owner of a business doesn't have enough tact to to approach a situation involving a screaming special needs student without disrespecting everyone involved then I have no desire to ever visit this establishment. The complete opposite actually, I will tell everyone I know to stay away and why. The actions taken by the woman involved were completely out of line and disrespectful. No excuse at all.
I am appualed at the way the owner mistreated the special need students and specifically pinpointed students out for behaviour they obviously can't help. I find it very misleading to be a business that caters to a family scene with children but can't handle ALL different types of families and children. They will no longer receive my business or my families.
Excellent and fun. Such a great place to get creative with the whole family! Highly recommended!
