Awful experience, will not go back. I went in to have gel polish removed on my natural nails. The gentleman that started the process filed the gel as if it was on acrylic nails. He put the foil on to finish soaking them off then said nothing and got up to go do a pedicure for another client. 10 minutes later the man behind me came over to finish the job. 7 days later and my nail beds are still sensitive. He completely destroyed my nails. I had to cut them all down short and they are peeling in many spots.

I have been here many many times. Cindy is amazing, my nails have lasted 3 weeks already. We talked about life and laughed the whole appointment. I had a pedicure with one of the male technicians and he was incredible as well. We also talked about life and had the best time. I really enjoyed my visit here. The salon was clean and calm, and the nail tech listened carefully to my requests. The final result was beautiful and better than I expected.

Been going to this nail spa ever since I found it and refuse to go anywhere else! The owner is very talented at what she does and she gets it done in a timely manner. She has been able to perfectly replicate each “difficult” nail set that I’ve presented to her and can also elevate the nails with creative freedom as well, and they come out so good every single time Anyone who says otherwise is just a Karen or isn’t familiar with the service industry :)
