I had a great experience with Glaze Heating & Air. Michael came out, quickly assessed the issue with my AC, and made recommendations that resolved the problem. He also discussed the benefits of routine maintenance, but I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy about their maintenance plan. Glaze Heating & Air was really easy to work with from beginning to end. The quote was accurate and there weren't any surprise charges. The technicians were extremely professional and friendly. They did a really good job of determining the best place to install the unit and was considerate enough to ensure there wouldn't be any issues that my HOA would have an problem with. I would definitely use them again.
