I was introduced to Zack years ago (2 locations ago as well) I was afraid to do anything to my hair, but I met Zack and he put me to ease instantly. I see him twice a year since, and my children do too! We love getting our hair done by Zack. I am about to go pink and blonde!!!
On 2 separate occasions I left a message requesting a callback to schedule an appointment. I never received a response. That is rude and arrogant. I would leave no stars if I could.
