Dr. Sinha is good but nothing makes up for the consistently horrible waits. I have been a patient for at least 3 years and I’m considering finding another provider. I’ve consistently had waits of 1-2 hours past my appointment time. After taking off work for these appointments it’s beyond frustrating.
Service is very very bad...appointmentioned time is irrelevant to them makes patient wait over an hour without any kind of notice. And then when I started complaining all of a sudden the preoccupied room opens up without any patient coming out of it. Secretary there especially rude responses. If i have a patient around me i would not recommend this place for whatever reason. Unbelievable treatment.
GlaucomaPlus has the most efficient and empathic staff (from receptionist through technicians to Dr. Sinha herself) I've ever encountered in 70+ (not a typo) years of treatment in ophthalmologists' offices. The office is clean, welcoming, without noisy distractions; the restroom was immaculate; the equipment - and believe me, I've seen a lot of it lately - was up to date and in first-rate condition.
