I am not happy with the result of my surgery. It has been three weeks after my surgery, and my eye still feels watery.
All the Doctors and assistants at Glaucoma Cataract Consultants have been friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Very professional. I recommend anyone who needs this care to visit them.
Dr. Berger performed a Laser Iridotomy on me. He answered all my questions, showed concern and care too. I highly recommend him. He was awesome! The office staff were great, too. Everybody did everything right. I sat in the waiting room less than 5 minutes on both visits there. The office and equipment is new, modern and clean. I hope Dr. Berger stays here for years to come.
On 7/24/26, the office staff called me and said that I owed them $47.50, after I had already made that payment on July 10th. I tried to explain to them, but they refused to double check their records. The manager of the billing center yelled at me on the phone. I had to call my insurance representative to verify the misunderstanding. It turned out that their office was the one who made the mistake.
