I have been coming to Dr. Glat over the last year for a couple of different procedures. I have been very happy with the results of each procedure. The experience is relaxed, but very effective. and Dr. Glat demonstrates not only precision, but also gentleness. Everyone in the office is warm and very friendly.
I found Dr Glat and all his staff to be friendly, informative and attentive. They answered any questions I posed to them. I am very happy with the results and the follow-up by his office. My only suggestion would be to have Dr Glat discuss more up front about the final outcome from his experience, as opposed to the patient asking all the questions. I am very pleased with Dr. Glat and his staff. They are extremely friendly and Dr. Glat wants to make sure you are pleased with results.
Very efficient, kind, and courteous. The doctor always listens to the patients' concerns, fully, before 'and' after any conversation with him. Doctor and staff act in a professional manner, always keeping their patient's needs and requests first. You have a feeling of security when you walk in and right up until you leave. .
