Prior to my decision to have the surgery, I did some research on my own so I know that the surgery entailed. When I arrived for my appointment with Dr. Glat, I felt comfortable. He and his staff were pleaseant/accommodating/very welcoming. They provided the information necessary for me to make a decision (sharing photos of previous patients/etc.) as I had plenty of questions. There was no pressure placed on me to schedule the surgery. Wonderful experience. Dr. Glat is so professional. The Botox worked wonders and literally erased several deep lines in my forehead and my crow's feet! I will definitely be back!
