I called and left a message to get an estimate on some glass for an apartment window and never got a call back.
My car was broken into last night and Glass Pro was able to come to me the next day. Rob came out was very professional and friendly and got the job done in less than 30 minutes. Other people on my street gotten their cars broken into also and I gave them Glass Pro’s number. This company is great and I will recommend them to anyone that needs auto glass replacement done. KUDOS
Installed the windshield incorrectly on my van. The new windshield was installed and I can barely read my vin in the windshield. You can also see the Eurathane near the top of the windshield where they completely failed installing it.. Busted the windshield causing glass to go throughout the interior of the vehicle. Failed to mention they put a dent in my van. I've sent my van to a body shop receiving this information. This needs to get resolved asap. Please Do Not use this company. They scammed me. My daughter woke up to find someone had smashed her window and ransacked her car. Within three hours of calling Glass Pro they had the window replaced and even vacuumed up the shards of glass THANK YOU!!!
