Everyone was wonderful especially Meaghan. She was very patient when a problem occurred and made the whole process easy to understand. Alicia was also very helpful. I haven't bought a new car in a while but I don't ever remember it being that easy. Very good experience I will be back.
Getting recall work done is never a great time but they really did a great job of communicating. I really like the text updates that I got from the gentleman in charge of my car repairs. I received several text messages plus I received a phone call when the information was to involved for a simple text. Roy did an excellent job with communicating what was going on so I never felt confused or frustrated.
