I asked for an appointment to get a second opinion on some ongoing work. The whole office made me feel like a long lost family member. I'm almost sorry I wasn't looking for a new primary dentist. Thanks to all.
We moved out of NYC in Sept but I traveled 400 miles to keep my appt with Castina because she is simply the best. Will be back in 3 months. Gina is also an amazing part of your office. What a pleasure!

I came for a brief consultation and Dr Glassman was, as usual, exceptionally helpful.
The customer service was honestly a cut above the rest. When I called half a dozen different dental offices inquiring about iTero 3D imaging services, the receptionists or techs didn't bother to understand my situation with my Invisalign. Glassman Dental not only called back to inform me that they can provide a solution, but also didn't charge because they knew I was military and temporarily in New York on duty. Their willingness to provide best in class service out of good will was very touching.
I got to see the dentist the same day I called for an emergency visit. I liked the office personnel as well as the dentist.
Always a great experience... I love my dental hygienist - though I keep moving to different countries for work.. I always keep Glassman as my dentist and am happy to return to NY!
