Me and My Wife was Browsing Glassman Auto Group Car Lot in Southfield Today for our New Vehicle because our Lease is up Next Month. We witness, this Salesman Cursing out a African American Customer! Wow! Me and My Wife Quickly observed such shear DISRESPECTFUL Behavior coming from The Salesman and Who appears to be the Manager. It was so heated me and my wife immediately left. Bait and switch! Spoke to a salesman Hasina and told him what we were looking for with a budget of $35k. He sent me the vehicle we were looking for with a sticker sale price of $36K. I thought ok that’s in range even after adding tax. After about two hours of time jumping through all the hoops to purchase he sent me a OTD price of $44k, starting with a sales price of $38k and about $3800 worth of accessories that he couldn’t tell me what they even were. Wasted 2 hours of our time.
