I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this dealership. I placed a $2,000 deposit on a vehicle, but due to an unexpected family situation, I had to cancel the deal the same day it was made. I was told that I’d need to speak directly with the owner to receive my refund, but it’s now been over a month and I’ve been repeatedly passed around with no clear answers or resolution.
