I took my car for an oil change and was pleasantly surprised by the fast service. The staff were very friendly and helpul while I waited. I highly recommend Glassford's Dodge.
The lady that manages the service desk is very unprofessional to the point I’m ready to service my vehicle somewhere else. I have never dealt with someone so rude and condescending. And by the looks of the reviews this isn't the first time. Not impressed
On refferal took my vehicle in for a safety certificate, everyone was pleasant and kept me updated throughout the process.
Great experience. Highly recommend!
I had an excellent experience purchasing my vehicle from this dealership. From start to finish, the entire process was professional, straightforward, and stress-free. What stood out most was their honesty and fairness. They treated me with respect, answered all of my questions openly, and never made me feel pressured. Exceptional customer service is hard to find, and this team truly delivered. I left feeling confident that I had been treated fairly and that they genuinely cared about making sure I was happy with my purchase.... read more
