Waited an hour to find out problem couldn’t be fixed. Then upgrades that were done left everything wrong. Time, language, units, even language. Was obviously to much to have everything set back. Won’t be back.
Took my equinox there for repairs and I was treated so good, all the staff is very friendly and helpful, thanks Glassford, I will be back🙂
I called and asked for some numbers, they returned my call, gave me a fair deal and the entire process took maybe 10min plus some paperwork. This is exactly what I wanted, no hassle, no come in and we will give you a better deal... just the numbers I needed to know, no hassle no BS.
I would agree with other reviews, the service department representative Leeannah was unpleasant to deal with. I booked an appointment online (don’t bother doing it, none of the information is correct, not the appointment times, it told me I needed a recall that I don’t need) the woman I spoke to came across as condescending. I’m not sure why they offer an online booking that is so out of touch. The whole conversation with this woman was contentious, not the best representation for a car dealership.
