Our realtor was upset with the Glassey and Glassey appraisal to the point that he called and talked to the person that did the paperwork on our hours. Glassey and Glassey only send someone out to measure and take a few pictures. The person then turns measurements and pictures to a licensed appraiser that looks for the cheapest homes in the area to benefit their client, usually FHA.
