So many jobs! But, their all fake! Easy apply leads to no reply. And if you do hear back it always the same. We decided to move to the next step with other qualified candidates Many of these, so called companies remain listed for the same job listing for months!
Glassdoor will allow reviews of employees that never worked for your company. We had multiple reviews in locations we do not have employees and they will not remove the review nor consider speaking to us about the issue. Horrible company and I would not utilize them for any services as an HR professional. Wish I could leave a negative star rating for this joke of a company.
It is very clear that Glassdoor doesnt operate for transparency or objectivity, but will instead remove listings companies dont like with no valid reason. I posted a review - it didnt not pinpoint any people, it was direct but vague enough, it kind but pointed out very real issues of a company. The removed it with zero notice to me. Complete scam company. Constantly deleting reviews for companies, it's obvious Glassdoor takes money from clients, even though they claim they do not. Their "featured" reviews of a company are always highly positive but have ZERO "helpful" / likes on the review. How is the review featured if there's literally zero people engaging or liking the review? Garbage, fake company, will delete reviews wants way to much personal information! As someone who hires for multiple roles, in multiple countries, we never ever ever utilize Glassdoor and we recruit, retain, and empower some of ************** in our industry! Stop spamming ** Glassdoor, you will never get a half cent from my cold dead hands!
This website is a big fraud becuase you can't trust the company ratings or reviews. Whenever an employer requests that a review be deleted, glassdoor will do so without cause or any notice to the employee. I have seen this done many times, and some of my business associates concur.
I recently signed up with Glassdoor to search for new employment. Since then, I am getting about 7 calls a day from unknown numbers. These unknown callers are leaving messages and texts offering me a job. Their companies are unknown and their phone numbers are untraceable. Oddly, ALL "recruiters" are Indian/Mediterranean and ALL of the jobs offered are in ****. I live in *****?? Several personal information goes into getting a job and I fear someone with less knowledge will be a victim of identity theft or worse.
No way to unsubscribe from email alerts. Have tried for a couple of months to unsubscribe from the daily/weekly email updates and found two different ways to opt out on the website and app, but neither of the unsubscribe buttons I found were functional. Just got an error message every time. Stop inundating my inbox!
As many have pointed out here and elsewhere, Glassdoor has a practice of removing reviews without any recourse for the person who posted the review/s. When asked about reviews being removed, Glassdoor will simply say you did not follow the guidelines, without any specifics. You are then prohibited from leaving ANY review for ANY company thereafter.
