Had two good experiences at Glassbox prior to this third trip. Got there a couple of minutes early for a 230pm beard trim with Aldonzo. Was offered water and told to have a seat. Waited til 240pm before I decided to leave. I believe in keeping appointment times and if you can't, at least acknowledge me sitting there, apologize for the delay and provide good customer service. No one said anything as I left. If good customer service is something you like, this place hits (anecdotally) 2 out of 3 times.

Johnny didn’t just give me a great cut - exactly to what I specified, but he was great to chat with and I learnt a lot about hair care from him! Will return to get some good beard lines InShaAllah

I had my haircut done by Johnny today, and I’m really happy with the result! He was professional, friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. The cut looks great and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend Johnny if you are looking for a skilled and attentive barber.

This place is fantastic, they ensure you feel welcome as soon as you come in. I had Aldonzo for my barber and he did fantastic, really great attention to detail, also great explanations with what he was doing and what he would recommend going forward. I'm extremely happy with the cut overall and will definitely be back.
