I was scheduled today for an appointment at 6:30 PM. Shawn and I were texting and she is the one who offered me this time slot. I arrived for my appointment early around 6:07 PM. I texted her and told her I was here. She never responded or called me back. I sat in the parking lot and waited until 6:30, no response from Shawn. She never said she couldn’t make it. This is completely messed up and unprofessional. I wanted to share my experience because I would hate for anyone else to go through this.
They are between the Monarch 2 Beauty and Smoke shop. This location is by appointment only!
Outstanding Customer Service, Shawn Downer is a Skilled, Professional Knowledgeable Stylist. The Salon is clean & beautifully decorated. I'm a Beyond Satisfied customer. I look forward to feeling relaxed and beautiful EVERYTIME.
