Reflection Nails is by far the best nail salon in Vancouver. Pedicures are my special treat; I tried many places prior to finding this gem. The staff does everything to make the experience relaxing and fun. Yesterday my daughter asked her stylist to put an apple on her big toe; she seemed nervous but did it anyways. The apple looks fantastic and my nails are absolutely beautif.
Loved this place at first and so sad they let me down. Brought my mom who told them she had diabetes yet they cut her toe and tried to hide it. Incredibly dangerous. Then they lectured both of us multiple times about our level of care for our feet. And the mamager is one of the only people in there that will talk to you. Thought I found my new go to place and they missed the mark.
This place is incredible! Anne the owner makes you feel at home, mimosas to boot!
This is "our" place. Anne and team are always kind and quick to offer assistance. We come here to relax and enjoy the top notch massage chairs while getting exceptional pedicures! Highly recommend giving them a try!
I walked in requesting a new set of nails. I had been losing nails that were done at another salon. I was seated right away and offered something to drink. They sat and went right to work removing the remaining nails, taking extra care to not hurt me. Then while applying the new set, taking extra time to get them perfect. They did a great job and my nails are worth every penny. Highly recommend them.
We made an appointment for 4 of us days in advance and they only had 3 staff available. Got to me 30 minutes after my friends were half way done with their pedicures so I only got the 30 minute pedicure. I will not return and do not recommend.
