We had glass shower walls installed today and could not be more pleased with the service. Glass Pro Shop of Tallahassee is the best around. They are a local business and very professional with excellent quality products. They were very meticulous and everything turned out perfect. I probably should not let them know this but their price quote was 2/3's of their competitions. That's a 33% savings. I higher recommend them for any and all your glass needs.

I am dissatisfied with the performance of the windshield replacement by Glass Pro Shop. After 2 years, the rubber gasket surrounding the glass came loose at the top and flopped around on the roof during a road trip. I had to spend 1.5 hours and $50 at an auto body shop to have it repaired with adhesive which was apparently not used when installed. In talking to Glass Pro about it, there was little interest in finding out the cause, no apology and no offer of compensation. I will go elsewhere next time.

This folks were AMAZING! We got a quote from a competing company in the area, and it was reasonably priced. But the owner of the competing company was so rude. The only reason we got our first quote from the competing company was because they were right up the street from us on Monroe. So we called GPS afterwards to get an estimate for a broken window. If you like a company that doesn't call you to tell you your order is ready, will not answer the phone when you call, or is not even there when you show up to pick up your order, then this is the company for you. Tried them out for a small, simple project to see if I wanted to use them for a remodel and they really dropped the ball. I won't be using them again and I still haven't been able to pick up the small order I had since they just kind of work on their own time.
