Took our money and ran. Never did the service but took our money back in September, for a job Personal Express recommended him for, because of a glass break on our back slider. 500 dollars and stole from Personal Express also, an additional 700 dollars. Fully expect the insurance company will go after Mie Kinoshita for fraud. We are not going to let this go. Legal action will happen.

One of the most difficult people to deal with. I put half down and they just didn't show up on 3 different dates no call no show and they never answer their calls

On March 28th 2022 , I gave Mike kinoshita the glass man $300.00 deposit to replace a window at my business , I have not see him since then. He does not respond to my calls. He has not refund the deposit. You can be the judge of what kind person he is.

Hired Mike Kinoshita and his son Ben to do my shower glass the first week of April 2021… gave them a deposit of $1250.00 to order the glass, have been given the run around ever since. Here it is the first week of October 2021…. And still no glass and no contact as to refund of my $$. Going to Action glass instead. VERY dissatisfied.
