We are really pleased with the work John and his team Matt, JM, and Rob did in our bathrooms. From consult (countless questions patiently answered) through to installation, everything was seamless, on time, and surprise-free —which in the midst of a reno is hugely appreciated (and seemingly rare)! Rob & John just installed a guest shower at our new home in NOTL. They are a pleasure to work with and the details are exactly what we wanted. After they finished came a moment of joy when we asked Rob to sit down at our new Yamaha grand piano. He played a wonderful classical piece to the delight of all! J.M. and Rob just completed the installation of 2 glass shields in our new tile shower. They were very efficient and tidy. They took the time to explained every detail of the installation and care of the glass. Isabel was a great resource in the layout of our project and John came out the next day to measure . We were told about three weeks for delivery but everything was completed in 16 days.
