When considering moving to Glass House By Windsor my honest review. If your a collage frat looking for the best place to live this is definitely it large amounts of college residents. On the weekends you can play your music loud trash the elevators. Not sure why there is front desk when people just come and go big security issue compared to other communities who make resident security top priority anyone can walk straight to the elevators and hitch a ride up 24/7. The people at the leasing office were so nice and helpfull. Gave all the info needed and even showed us the apartments
Lived here for 4 years and just moved out. I enjoyed my time for the most part and would recommend it, although I do have some criticisms. As far as the staff goes, I never had any problems. All the employees from leasing, maintenance, and the front desk were very kind and helpful when I needed them. The biggest issue is the price and what you get for it. In my opinion you are primarily paying for the location, which is phenomenal, but the facility itself is not up to par with some of the other apartments in the same price b... read more
These 5 stars go to Jonathan and Hampton! They were amazing with helping me with all my maintenance requests. They got everything done so fast so I could go back to enjoying my home! Thank you again guys great job
The maintenance team is very active and responsive. Edgar especially is very helpful and really an expert in his domain.
