The team at Glasshouse is the BEST! They are genuinely nice and actually care about the residents. The maintenance technicians are friendly and knowledgeable.
There is not another front desk employee in Texas that is more personalable,kind,friendly,knowledgeable than Kerry. Always greeting with a smile and ready to help you when you enter the bldg. One of a kind!!!
The concierge team at The Glass House is wonderful. From Kerry to McCoy they always take care of the residents and it's what helps set them apart from other communities.

As a resident for a year now, I have only good things to say. Great location, friendly staff, and responsive maintenance. Parking is always available and the building is overall well maintained. No building is perfect, but managements intent to respond to issues in a timely manner while providing updates is reassuring.
