im not sure of the lady that works here often but shes SO helpful every time i come in. im a self taught newbie at glass and she always offers lots of helpful advice. best supply store near me, worth the 45 min drive :)
I took a glass box in the be fixed about a 18 months ago. After 9 months they hadn't even looked at it. It was still in the sack I brought it in to them in. I kept calling and asking when it would be done? I was told almost every time that it would be ready in 2 weeks. After 9 months of this lie, I just went in and got it. Still haven't found anyone to fix it. So if any of you know a place that repairs glass items in the Decatur, Illinois area. Please let me know. The Glass House doesn't...👎👎👎
Very very nice selection of glass, arranged neatly & cleanly! Any tool you might need or just want. Lots & lots of finished pieces, too, if you need ideas or gifts. But the *best* part- Awesome staff!
