They contacted me immediately and completed the siding repair within two days of initial contact. They made special arrangements to work around my schedule and couldn't be more pleased with their work. Highly recommend!
The initial job was good. I gave additional work which they agreed to do. They then no call, no showed. I called and they no call, no showed. I spoke to the owner and he rescheduled for four days later and guaranteed they would take care of it. I called the afternoon prior and the owner guaranteed they would be there by 10 in am. They again no call, no showed. I flip six to eight homes a year and this is how they treated me. I hate to think of how they treat ordinary customers. They never called or apologized.

My apologies to Mr.G for his disappointment. Quick Fix Home Repair has a procedure which is followed with a signed proposal detailing costs and payments and also a signed work order by home owner to authorize work to start. Mr. G had neither and wanted a start time that we could not do because of prior scheduled work. Our clients are scheduled on a first come, first served basis. Mr. G gave us a deadline date we could not do. We tried to make him aware of that.

We originaly hired this constractor for a roof repair which is still not complete and during the roof repair project we also entered into a subsequent project of a basement converson and sunroom conversion. The roof repair project was not completed as the contractor didn't have the original indiviudal return to complete the project. Also, the basement conversion was not done well. We attempted to resolve both issues and contractor will not communicate with us to address.

Home owner was upset that their bare feet got dirty walking on new tile floor.They claimed we "sealed" the dirt in the tile to cause this to happen. There are color photographsof work performed contradicting this persons statements 1.) the roof repair request was a side deal made between client and dishonest employee who was terminated 2.)The basement conversion was completed with the utmost professionalism and pictures prove it. 3.) I am very pleased that I chose Quick Fix Home Repair to do my home repair. What started out as a repair and paint the fascia and soffit job, turned into a cover it with vinyl & aluminum job for about the same price; something I have been wanting to do for years, but didn't think I could afford.
