Worst customer service experience of my life. I originally came to fix a leak in my trucks back window. They said they resealed my back window by pulling the window all the way off and re-butyled it but the following day it rained extremely hard and I still had a leak. So I naturally brought my truck back and the tech said it was the plastic trim piece that ran all the way around my back window. The tech stated that if I had a new trim piece installed and the window still leaked that Glass Doctor would reseal my window again... read more
