I had several people recommend the Glass Doctor to us. We were so disappointed in them. I took over 3 weeks of constantly calling to get them to come out and look at our job. When he finally came, he promised us an estimate the next day. That was over 4 weeks ago and still no estimate and can’t get them to call us back or anything. I am now hearing several people are having this issue and that their service is not what it used to be. I do not recommend them
I have called on them a number of times and Everytime they are very professional and very fast. Highly recommended.
Quick service and friendly staff, will definitely go back if I have any more windshield troubles.
5 Stars !! Our window was damaged during hurricane Michael. The landlord called Glass Doctor and they came out measured the glass and replaced it on the same day !! Michael and Colby were very kind and professional!! Will definitely recommend Glass Doctor !!!
When we had a break-in at our store at 4 a.m. we called the Glass Doctor and our front door glass was replaced by 10 a.m. They were professional, courteous, and understanding. I will be calling Glass Doctor for all glass work from now on.
I just want to leave a review about my Wonderful Experience with the Glass Doctor. After contacting Angela about the chip I received on my way in to work this morning, she immediately had an appointment set up for me. After arriving I was greeted by Shonda, what a gem she is. Very professional, kind and courteous. I made a new friend that day. The chip was repaired perfectly. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable about his product. What an Awesome Team.

Very friendly and professional. Very knowledgeable. I had an estimate done for a glass shower and they showed up same day gave a better estimate than 3 other companies and made sure i knew exactly what i was getting and was very clear in hearing what and how i wanted it. They gave me a 2 week out date and were ready to install within a week. (A week early) showed up shortly after confirming that they coild do the job that day and had it done quickly.
