I’ve had to have my windshield replaced twice in the last six months (construction on major highways is horrible). The car is less than a year old which makes it worse. As it was through insurance I had to use Glass Doctor. The first replacement was fantastic. No issues. The technician was efficient and did a fantastic job. The second replacement? Not so much. RecommendedCalled multiple companies for side light replacement and everyone said I’d have to replace the door and side lights as a unit with a price of $3,000 plus but Glass Doctor replaced just the defective side lights, charged me only $660 and had it installed in just two hours. Great job Dean!
Can I give this a 20 out of 10?? Dean was so awesome! Such a nice guy and clearly knows what he's doing. He did a great job and it was quick too. The response time to my email to Glass Doctor was so fast. Within 10 minutes of submitting the form on the website, I received a phone call and the emailed statement of costs. Super service and a great price. Most places would have charged at least 100 dollars more.
